The optics of dems wasting valuable time while America grinds to a halt is not only bad, it's catastrophic for them. They know they've lost, they don't care about looking good and they're just trying to delay, delay, delay. There is no longer a "Democratic" party in America. There's Republicans and the socialist left, both which united surprisingly, almost shockingly quickly at the onset of this crisis. The socialist left HATES the [D] party more than we do at this stage. The game of musical chairs has officially ended, and the [D]'s are left standing by themselves.

It's all quite entertaining. I'd like muh check sooner rather than later. But if it getting delayed a week or two ends up knocking Nancy Pelosi out of commission politically permanently, I'll wait patiently.

It's mostly brainwashed old liberals stuck in a timewarp from 30 years ago. Low information, get all their news from corporate media. These people are smaller in number every day, but they still exist in big numbers. My mother's one unfortunately, and I suspect she won't stray an inch from the ORANGE MAN BAD narrative until the MSM shutters it's doors. What the likes of Rachel Maddow or Lawrence O'Donnell do to vulnerable older folks is absolutely sickening.

Even if you take the reported infection/fatality rates as 100% truth, the reaction of every government on Earth to shut down completely STILL doesn't line up. It's just too drastic for what we're supposedly dealing with, nothing about this narrative makes any sense. for those of us that can see it, that is.

I suspect a lot of flipping will occur fairly soon. Many "Ds", like Sinema or Tulsi, are at odds with the Democrat power structure. Once we get even further into the Storm, even the likes of AOC or Omar will find it hard to justify being "blue no matter who" just to spite Trump.
