Seeing the call sign LOBO715 made me curious, so I searched and found that drop 715 was Q pointing us to https://globaleaks.org. I checked their twitter, and on March 13th, they talked about anonymity for “higher-risk materials”.

They could just mean sensitive info, but aren’t all whistleblowers offering sensitive information? Why use the phrase “higher risk materials?”
