Kaiser Permanente will not mail meds to grandma because they are a controlled med. They closed the closest clinic/pharmacy to her. Now trying to figure out how to go 25 miles to pick up meds at a MEDICAL CLINIC/Pharmacy.

Kaiser cancelled her annual appointment at the clinic/pharmacy close to her so she wouldn't get exposed to anything.
Then tell her she has to go 25 miles away to get her meds.
Why doesn't Kaiser request an exception so meds can be mailed???
They mailed her meds for years. Then they changed the company that mails meds to a Cali company. Due to mail thefts in Cali they can't mail meds to the state grandma is in.
Exceptions need to be made.
Lawsuits WILL be filed for this nonsense.
