The work environment sucks. Teaching by the book pure bullshit and they know it. The kids are disrespectful and entitled. (for the most part) Programmed by their phones / tablets. They can barely hold a thought for 10 min. Teachers don't get paid shit. The entire system needs to be updated. Just like our financial system. So many systems to fix. So little time
