Honestly, I don't think they are smart enough to be talking to each other in elaborate, sophisticated codes. I don't think they are nice/good people and are into bad shit, but I really don't think:
a) they are all that smart, and
b) they are really read-in on high level bad shit, instead, they are only worried for themselves.
