It seems POTUS is allowing the cities and states to try to quell the "spread" on their own.
Yesterday, his speech was fire, expressed that leaders are doing a "good" job (not excellent, superior, great…just good).
Add that today's Senate floor craziness for supplimental income to workers laid off.
If the infections continue, will POTUS grab the reins from the Senate via Executive Order & the National Guard from the states via Martial Law?
