When you live paycheck to paycheck and barely make ends meet, and rent is due on March 31, $3000 is going to be a huge help.
Not saying I live that way, but I did earlier in my life, and am aware that many people are in that type of situation
This has been reported before. I've been thinking about what it could mean:
-a whole lot more people died than they admit
-some people had more than 1 cell phone account and now they only have 1
-people who didn't get sick can no longer afford cell service
-what else?
