I think there was a curve ball. China has as much DS as we do and Europe. Probable worse. The good news is in America the DS is underground under our feet. Not good for them. Starve em out, bomb em out, coerce them out. In China they won't let us help. They also play games in the ocean and the skies. But the drift is we are winning.
