POTUS keeps spotlighting/drawing our attn to the issues surrounding the Covid-19 tests during his pressers –
During the task force presser over the w/e, POTUS underscored jokingly what an unpleasant experience the swabbing mechanism for the current Covid-19 test is–
He said "up the nose and hangs a right" (pics related). https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefings-statements/remarks-president-trump-vice-president-pence-members-coronavirus-task-force-press-briefing-8/
POTUS mentioned at an earlier presser that the test kits, like the WHO test was a "bad test." (pic realted)

Theory – this is a bit out there, but is it possible [they] have created a version(s) of the test kits that are inserting/seeding the virus (or other pathogens) via the tests nasal swab mechanism?
2 other strange 'covid-19 test' events occurring in Tuscon today:
"TUCSON, Ariz. (CBS12) — Police in Arizona identified a man in connection to the theft of more than two dozen COVID-19 test kits.
Investigators said a man walked into the El Rio Health Center disguised as a delivery driver and made off with 29 unused COVID-19 test kits. The theft happened on March 20 as employees were getting ready to close for the night. They noticed the missing test kits the next morning and called police.Police said the test kits are useless to the thief. The kits can only be tested in a lab with the proper tools.https://wgxa.tv/news/nation-world/man-wanted-for-stealing-covid-19-test-kits-03-23-2020https://kvoa.com/news/2020/03/23/tpd-recovers-covid-19-test-kits-stolen-from-el-rio-health-center/
Random UofA Science Research Team manufacturing tests for local/state use:
"…over the weekend, a handful of scientists at the University of Arizona have figured out a way to help.A group of seven researchers, led by Dr. David Harris, assembled 1,600 COVID-19 test kits, over the course of three days.“If they want them, we have them,” said Harris, director of the UA Biorepository. He said the lab can make around 5,000 a week, and could supply the Pima County Health Department with 1,000 every week “for a few months.” He said they are willing to provide the kits for hospitals, like Banner, with these kits. Banner did not give an immediate response on whether they would use the kits or not at time this story was published." https://www.kold.com/2020/03/24/u-team-makes-mores-than-covid-test-kits-over-weekend/
