In the a discussion at the time of that Q drop, it was mentioned (by a Q member or a firewatcher, IMO) that the lodge in Austria that was sold was named "Black Forest" (Schwarzwald in German). It's the only thing that makes sense.
You're correct, geographically. The Black Forest are wooded highlands running along the Rhine valley, east of the river, on the French Border. It's nowhere near Austria.
