Automation, most jobs in urban areas are busy-work jobs already and could be replaced with an algorithm. Sorry, but if you can "work from home" then you don't have a real job. Robotics are advanced beyond comprehension behind the scenes, all it would take is unleashing it. "Jobs" wouldn't disappear completely, but they definitely won't be what they are now.
