Here's a good start. Also a couple of things that I've gleaned leads me to believe this is what's going on. We're going to need a LOT of equipment. People are SICK. 140,000,000 Americans with IMMEDIATE Dental needs who cannot afford (And these were #'s from a couple years back, imagine now) to get help.

We HAVE the tech to help and heal a LOT of people. But America will need to be treated as She IS, and that is a mass casualty and crisis situation in desperate need of

1. Removal of enemy combatants.

2. A move to engage, unify and deploy both civilian and MIL medical units to be prepared for a TRIAGE situation of BIBLICAL proportions.
