Windows blows. no real unix tools underneath. they had to do some bs ubuntu thing to add them.
I switched ot mac. Best of both worlds. Compatible with most things (sorry no games) and has all the unix/linux tools i love for development. Its based on a REAL os not some bs DOS shell
Indeed! the new pros are getting the redesign from the trashcan tho, so its an improvement. It can actually be considered PRO now because things can be upgraded.
Apple mostly died with Jobs. They havent innovated since then. They have only sustained what Jobs gave them.
WHen i was in college, i used to contribute to OpenSUSE and KDE desktop environment. OpenSUSE was my goto distro for the longest time.
IF i was to switch back to linux fulltime, id probably go to Arch for maximum configurability
