Having lived in OKC & knowing several cops on OKCPD, I can assure a few things. OKCPD was corrupt through & through. Cops using & dealing meth, prostitution, all sorts of Serpico shit. The DA "Cowboy" Bob Macy was a pedo. Tried to hook up with teenage girls, offering to be a sugar daddy. The crime lab was so corrupt, they lost federal certification and had to release a shitton of prisoners whose convictions were overturned. DNA improperly stored in broken refrigerators, "expert" witness testimony to physical inspection of hair samples being used to positively identify criminals, the list goes on.
All this is how the Clintons got away with blowing up the Murrah building, even though THREE unexploded bombs were pulled out- including one in the day care center. One did go off inside the building when McVeigh blew his outside. OKC was threatened with federal takeover for corruption.
