We NEED to remove the excise tax asserted on beverage DSPs for the production of hand sanitizer.

It will be a burdensome cost and make beverage grade ethanol hand sanitizer production uncompetitive against denatured producers.

At least within the window/scope of this emergency.

Even the regulators support this, but they claim they don't have the authority to do so.
