It's a slide subject. If you want to know about how come time seems slower for those moving faster, then there are tons of YT vids on it.
Time, as far as we know, isn't a dial you can wind forward and backward. The effects of time, however, seem to be malleable through the effects of great distances traveled at highly accelerated rates, or gravity (yet to be "proven" black hole theories).
But it's a slide. Kind of how this subject wastes time on the breads.
