Anons I've been reading the proposed bill from yesterday.
—Page 8 is about a bunch of money for rural broadband. This is not an emergency. They can do this in a different bill.
–Page 10 Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations 100,000,000. Of that amount, 50,000,000 is for administrative expenses, including facility improvements and equipment upgrades.
Again, what the actual fuck. Half of the proposed funds for this would go for administrative expense? As if there is not already a system in place for getting food or food assistance to the reservations?
These are just a couple of examples.
