POTUS should tell the nation that he will sign a one page relief bill sent over from congress. Not two pages, one page, nothing else, nothing more.

Give him the authority to spend it in the best interest of the nation as he is the Leader we have chosen to do it.

Never going to happen. USPS, UPS, FedEx are all vital tools to allow people to work from home and reduce trips out into the public. They're an important piece in the rapid defeat of this contrived "pandemic".
