We know the military is finishing up in EU and will be headed home. We already have lockdowns taking place in major cities in the U.S. due to coronavirus. States are locking down. This is getting the public used to being under martial law. Q warns us that they will stage protests and uprisings and that we should quickly report anything we see. This is the reason for the military being in cities.
