For what it's worth, I am in an industry that is allowed to be open, we service cars. I just had a long time customer come in for service and I was surprised he showed up because he's elderly. While he was here, he had an interesting conversation with another elderly customer. They were 20 ft apart so I heard their whole conversation.
This guy proceeded to say how he refuses to get flu shots because he got one once and got the flu. He said he's used the malaria drug before because he had malaria and I guess once you have it you can't get it again. He said he's very upset with how journalists and handling this (other old guy agreed). He said he thinks Trump is doing a great job (other old guy agreed). I'm in a blue state so was surprised to hear them talking like this. Then as I'm ringing him out I tell this old guy about red marine algae the natural anti-viral and how it is used to treat HIV, eczema and other stuff and his eyes light up, he points his finger at me and says "I think that will be the key, the HIV anti-virals".
Then he tells me how he's a microbiologist that was called out of retirement a couple weeks ago and he's flying to Milan for 5 days with a CDC team to try and figure out why their mortality rate is so much higher than everyone else. I'm trying to find sauce to verify his story. If true, I thought that's a really good thing that there are good people at CDC that trust Trump, know the media is corrupt and are really working to end this fast. It gave me hope. But who knows maybe he's just an old guy telling stories.
