So question. 2 competing theories, here. Are the ships rounding up bad people, or are they rounding up all the children to rescue them?
Q said the networks were paused, previously. Were they stopped already and not dropped on? If that's the case, the ships might be rounding up baddies. If further pieces (units) needed to be put in place, then it might be they are rescuing the kids.
