That is the prudent response, but there is also the point at which everyone decides to throw themselves into the gears of this beast to shut it down and mobs the testing centers insisting they are sick and need to be tested. And then head to the hospitals demanding a ventilator to breathe and then heads to their nearest government bldg and takes over.
