There is a lot of gray area, I'm a small business owner in CT. Talked to my lawyer Saturday and we determined we could stay open by appointment only and ship orders/schedule consultations. Also - a bunch of businesses bitched out our reps and senators and they issued a modification. Lots of states are doing this. Businesses I deal with in California that were closed last week opened up today after their lawyer's fought back. On some government websites there is a place where you can petition for why your business is essential. Too much gray area in legal speak I think for them to ever really cite you and take you to court, none of it would hold up. At the same time, if this is a real virus, you have to take precaution. I am spending a LOT of time sanitizing and if the virus doesn't kill me I'm sure I'll get cancer from all the cleaning products.
