Mayor ordered lockdown ("stay at home") order starting midnight Wednesday, March 25. That's in 5.5 hours.
According to this article, there's some argumentation going on about whether or not she has the authority to do it. Sounds like legit, though. (First alert here was anecdotal. Found this preddie QuiQ.)
