It's just that sometimes an ANon will post something that get two or three Notables…but the Baker takes it upon themselves to not included it into NOTABLES…therefor deferring to the next bread or so.
Just seems like the system would work better if there was some type of program where all Anons could elect into NOTABLES and that the Popularity of Notables in that bread would be the highest on the board.

There is NO comparison between NOTABLES on this board and the fundamentals of the Electoral College.

It is a matter of STATE sovereignty.
Each State in the United States is considered a Sovereign Entity under the law of the Constitution. Therefor, any law that is not expressed in the Constitution of the United States is then allowed to the States to decide…and if the States do not decide, that is left to the People.

If we would go bey your thinking, then each Anons' geographical location would have say on NOTABLES.
And of course that is not the case.
So best scenario is that Anons put into NOTABLES that they deem worthy and the moar Anons that AGREE with a NOTABLE…the higher it is located on the Dough.
