Yes, I have had difficulty finding balance. I had a reiki appointment today as I've been a complete train wreck these past few days and didn't know quite why other than I've been worried about some loved ones. Your post explaining what was going on has probably affected my being so upset, too.
This has all been so very hard for me to understand. I just cannot imagine ((their)) way of thinking. It's completely foreign to me.
