Im so glad you started this and thanks. Since I am the one that posted this below I figured I would re drop it here with the update from my member.
Ok you guys, we have a new dangling thread to pull with this Buffalo plane crash. I wasn't even aware of this when it actually occurred and we were digging into it back then. Just learned of it in the last couple days.
I posted the manifest on my site other day and this is what one of my members had to say about it.
"Weird…Ruth Harel Katz was a coworker of mine on this flight, yet isn’t listed."
We talked a bit about it and then she came up with this, so we know the lady was clearly on there. If you noticed in the link they give the woman just a casual nod and the rest goes on about the guy with some detail.

Then we have the pic related with just a mere nod she was on it, but wasn't part of the memorial either because they knew nothing of her.
I asked my member what she knew of the woman and this is what she had to say:
"I worked for a local community bank as a branch manager. Ruth worked in the commercial loan department. I think she did the loan docs…can’t really remember. I knew her from my dealing with the loan department. We weren’t chummy where I knew her life story. It was a business relationship.. I think at the time, I was so shocked that I didn’t notice the manifests. Now being able to see a lot of things so clearly, I find it very odd."
I know we have kind of moved away from the plane a bit now, but I really think this is something that should catch our attention and question just whats going on here. Could use a little of the infamous autistic help here guys.
UPDATE FROM THE MEMBER:
Glad…maybe they can find more info. When she died, she worked at Provident Bancorp 400 Rella Blvd Montebello NY in the commercial loan department. None of the people on the list of AIG employees are familiar to me. I did not attend any memorial service for her or the others. Whatever else you guys need, I will try to help the best I can!!!
It might not hurt to copy those other drops laced throughout the other threads and paste them here to give them easier access to read in one place. I can help or just do this if youd like. Let me know. I know a couple of anons started digging into my post with a few answers or at least a start. They were waiting for update. I never put it anywhere else but here.

I think Rachel Katz was the victim on the ground. The news article said that there was one person killed by the crash who was not on the plane.
false report put out this morning that Fox was pulling her show. This is more props.
Don't buy any of it until Ingraham and Fox it themselves.
It's all about stirring the pot. Don't encourage Fake New before doing your own INDEPENDENT research.
There's nothing to this but it still adds a very poignant twist to the flight transcripts (in which the poor young co-pilot seems to be scared out of her wits for the entire flight and can't stop talking).

No she was clearly on the plane. That was even pointed out in the beginning of her coming into this equation of the crash. It is why we are looking into her. We know this from a member on my site that was her coworker and there are also a couple news article that barely give her a nod to being on it, but they do

well it was just a suggestion. The original posted article did clearly state that one person on the ground was killed but it didn't say who. Has anyone found out who that person was? If RK was on the plane but not on the roster it is very weird.

I watched a video years ago about the Buffalo crash. It was done by some small-time independent documentarian, it might have been on Brass Check. I've googled, but can't find it. It could be a useful reference, if someone with better search chops could find.

If the plane went down at 10:17 PM EST, how come Reuters shows stamp date of 10:16 PM EST for posting the article?
Most of the articles say it went down at 10:20 PM which is 4 minutes after posting of article or 1 minute before if 10:17 is the correct time.
How can an article be posted, which also needs to be written and researched, happen before an actual crash?

FBI Releases 2016 Crime Statistics
The estimated number of violent crimes in the nation increased for the second straight year, rising 4.1 percent in 2016 when compared with 2015 data, according to FBI figures released today. Property crimes dropped 1.3 percent, marking the 14th consecutive year the collective estimates for these offenses declined.
The 2016 statistics show the estimated rate of violent crime was 386.3 offenses per 100,000 inhabitants, and the estimated rate of property crime was 2,450.7 offenses per 100,000 inhabitants. The violent crime rate rose 3.4 percent compared with the 2015 rate, and the property crime rate declined 2.0 percent.
These and additional data are presented in the 2016 edition of the FBI’s annual report Crime in the United States. This publication is a statistical compilation of offense, arrest, and police employee data reported by law enforcement agencies voluntarily participating in the FBI’s Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) Program. The UCR Program streamlined the 2016 edition by reducing the number of tables from 81 to 29, but still presented the major topics, such as offenses known, clearances, and persons arrested. Sometimes a fire is just a fire. Sounds more like some old fart fell asleep smoking his cigar.
So, I don't like how the pilots are getting all of the blame for this crash and feel that I need to get this off of my chest. I flew in to Buffalo that same night about three hours prior to Colgan 3407's arrival. We were in a B737-200 and coming in from Pittsburg. There was light to occasional moderate rhime ice between 5500 and 2500 feet. (Nothing that bad.) We were being vectored in from the South for the ILS 23 approach (sound familiar?). I was the FO for this leg and the ATIS had reported under the Notices to Airmen that "runway 23 glide slope information not available to the right of the approach course". So, I informed the pilot flying of the NOTAM as part of the approach brief. We were given a final vector and cleared for the ILS RWY 23 approach just outside the approach gate (7-10 miles) just like Colgan 3407 was. I am not sure if you know this, but the autopilot system is very old in the 737-200 and we are always used to it failing during a coupled approach. So, like clockwork, we were monitoring the flight controls closely. We were IMC and I happened to notice that the aircraft started a very gradual descent before we captured the Localizer. I mentioned to the PF that we were not aligned with the runway and that we were descending. With that, he said that he was going to hand fly the approach. Then, I noticed that we were momentarily above glide path, and then we went well below glide path within seconds. The PF noticed it too and said, "Hey, make sure we have the right frequency dialed in…" We both confirmed the frequency and before we knew it we had shot through the localizer. ATC called and asked if anything was wrong and I said that I thought we were having a problem with our autopilot. ATC's response was… "No, it's the glide slope; we have been having problems out there since they put in this temporary damn near the approach end of 23…" "No problem, guys, I will just vector you in from the other side." So, we got vectors back in from the North side of the field and the landing was uneventful. I can't help but to wonder if Colgan was coupled up like we were on the right side of the localizer and they got the same indications as us… If that was the case, then that would explain why the aircraft chased after the glide slope in the up direction. As you mentioned before, the Q400 does not have auto throttles, so the PF would have to be really on top of things in order to mash the thrust levers forward. I was reading the CVR transcripts too and it happened at the same place that it happened to us. I also noticed that the FO did not brief the CA of the NOTAM in the ATIS. I wonder if when she got ATIS information Romeo, if that NOTAM was still being broadcast. I think that the NOTAM should read "glide slope information erroneous to the right of localizer". If you look in the AIM 5-4-3 it talks about False Glide slopes. I believe that is what we experienced that night. I placed a phone call to the NTSB, but no one has since called me back. I, like you, will let the investigation play out, but I truly hate how no one has mentioned a faulty ILS system. Just for grins, and to cover my arse, I doubled checked my paper Notams (Local and FDC) and there was no mention of the glide slope having a problem before we launched to Buffalo. I don't believe that the crew should bear 100% of the blame, but like you said, I think that "sterile cockpit" techniques would have had them talking less and watching the instruments more. Either way, it's a shame to lose fellow pilots. PS: I heard that the pilots at Southwest have an internal NOTAM system where they mentioned the False Glide slope problem at KBUF. Not sure if that is true or not.

That was a great post Pilot Anon. What I have been wondering is. The weather and pilot error ware conttibuted to the crash. Is it possible the planes de-icing system was intentionally shut-off which would have made the bird heavier as the ice accumulated.
Conspiracy now. If the wings were intentionally watered down at Newark (Booker territoty) would the pilots see this anamoly well before they were on approach? Wouldn't the auto-pilot compensate? For the extra weight, didn't plane drop on approach and that was one big damn fire!

So essentially someone was broadcasting something to jam or interfere with landing detection.
Meaning they could well have easily lost altitude and crashed as a result.
I've never liked aircraft, and I trust their automated systems even less.
Some planes are hackable with smartphones.
I bet others can just be fooled with fake signals until they crash.
If that's the case, you're looking at agency handiwork.
