"Belonging to one democrat" - as in Soros, or another such satan, singular?

Had noticed smart people like Rudy typing "the Biden's" for Bidens plural (instead of "the Bidens") recently. Indicating "belonging to just one"?

Apostrophe usage is FUBAR in general, but guys like POTUS & Rudy making same "mistake" a lot? Doubt it.
