Here is a transcript of what she says. A large proportion of this is reading what she typed:

Tonight, today, and tomorrow, I’m going to try and focus on the positive. I managed to get out and get one hour of sunshine in the garden. Vitamin D is supposed to be very good for keeping that virus away and strengthening the immune system.

Tonight at the dinner table we talked about our favourite painters, surrealism versus cubism. It’s a toss up for me. I love [Friesz? Fresnaye?] and Dali. I love Picasso. I love Léger. I love [Leonard Guerente?] What would I do without art? Perish for sure. And jazz. Tonight’s dealer’s choice is Lee Morgan. Brilliant. Agh! I made a mistake. It was gonna come soon. I was on a roll!

Covid-19 will definitely make me a more tolerant person. Mmm! I love tea. There’s nothing quite like it.

What I really miss, and this is true, is being able to talk in front of an audience, to be funny in front of an audience and really making people laugh is fun. I like the freestyle of it. I like the making up stories. I like fucking with people. Another luxury gone, for now. The audience in my house is not amused by me as far as I can tell. And today I was really a crybaby, because pain is a mothefucker. I’m gonna go upstairs to read my new fav book, City Girls. Goodnight dear typewriter. Have the sweetest of dreams for all who are still daring, daring, daring to dream.

If she really did say "Leonard Guerente" that is interesting. There is a Professor Leonard Guerente who leads research into sirtuins, a type of protein that some people believe is involved in regulating longevity in mammals, https://www.elysiumhealth.com/en-us/science/about-elysium/leonard-guarente.
