If there is the slightest chance that there was a conspiracy to spread the virus in the homeland by DC swamp creatures to take down Trump, we will have entered treasonous territory and wartime powers will be enacted. Is this possibly why Barr asked to postpone the writ of Habeus Corpus - to detain traitors without bail/release?
