Just an observation, but I think in the future it will prove to be huge.

POTUS did NOT put any person (in any state) on lockdown, quarantine, or shelter in place order. POTUS did NOT order any businesses to close or any schools to close……

Individual governors from each state made their own choices……Choices they will have to defend in the near future.
