Looking a lot like it was timed for the Impeachment, IMO.
Remember Schiff forgoing court decisions on subpoenas so the could roll out the impeachment by Christmas, just to have Pelosi wait weeks to bring the articles?
What was she waiting for? Was there supposed to be a pandemic trigger event that never occured, or occured late?
Imagine (yeah, I know) POTUS having to manage the virus response in the middle of an impeachment.
