So even when bad things habben, done by the deep state, we have options and responses and a way to turn the bad habbening into a positive outcome that advances the Plan.

[Note: he NEVER refers to it as a disease or epidemic or pandemic, always calls it a SITUATION or similar neutral word].
Deep State didn't think we would shut down the country and ask everyone to stay home for 15 days. DS didn't think there was any way to mobilize testing and masks and respirators with private industry cooperation as has occurred. They never imagined the reaction would be so sudden and ferocious and effective.

It's because silverware was highly prized, dowry type items, passed down through families. The items were engraved (incised by the silversmith) with initials and monograms.
A certain style of monograms developed and became very prevalent for this type of fancywork.

If you ever spend time studying American historical items in a museum like the Rhode Island School of Design museum, you'll see many such items and why you attribute special spoopiness to it is beyond me.
