Have arrests begun? Or was someone else knocking out a transformer and driving in anon's neighborhood under cover of darkness?

fwiw, Lightning can travel a fair distance but it usually does not try 3 times to knock out a transformer at 1:17am local time

1:17 AM we heard 1st explosion lights went out came back on, another explosion, lights out & back on, & then a 3rd explosion the lights went out & have not come back on. Entire neighborhood is dark!
