A "Black Swan" event is one at the extreme edge of the bell curve, i.e. deemed by algorithms to have a very low probability of occurring.
Trump IS a Black Swan. He's an individual at the extreme high end of the bell curve for a number of human traits. Intelligence certainly. One could list others.
In finance, market people developing trading algorithms and hedging risk using derivatives assign a statistical likelihood along the probability curve and they assume, based on retrospection, that the curve has a certain shape and certain probability (height of Y-axis).
But in REALITY, the curve may be really different than their algorithms predict. Because of unseen, unknown, surprising factors that come into play that were not included in the model.
These are called BLACK SWAN events.

Then I started searching Q's crumbs for related stuff and discovered the triple parentheses and the @ symbol meaning the SOURCE in relation to human trafficking and cannibalism. There were so many @ crumbs I did not try to make a list of them all. @Snowden, @Jack, @Brennan, many others connected to places and events rather than names.
We have more than we know.
