I called a senior living facility near me to offer help to seniors who might need errands run/shop for them so they could avoid contact out in public areas. They said nobody was sick there.
The one I checked with is pretty big, studio apartments up to two bedroom cottages. I'd guess maybe a couple hundred people live there.
