Assuming this plan was long in the making, were many of these governors put in place to push this narrative? Or are they just useful idiots, blindly following direction from 'health experts', shuttering entire states despite no serious epidemic occurring? Governor Cuomo certainly seems to be 'playing along'.

This is their explanation for Apple and Facebook having so many masks:

"When large tech companies including Apple and Facebook announced this week that they’d be donating stockpiles of protective masks to health workers around the world, some people may have wondered why they had them in the first place.

Executives said they had them in storage because of the recent spate of wildfires in California. They were required to have them by law. In 2019, California’s Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board adopted a regulation forcing employers to provide respiratory equipment, including N95 masks, for workers when the Air Quality Index, or AQI, reaches unhealthy levels."

Cuomo is the second governor I know of that is doing this. The FDA is about to approve it's off-label use for coronavirus. What the hell are these governors doing? They seem to be opening themselves up to tremendous lawsuits and possible legal jeopardy.

"Vice President Mike Pence said Tuesday that “the FDA [Food and Drug Administration] is approving off-label use for the [anti-malarial drug] hydroxychloroquine right now" to help coronavirus patients."
