Important to note that the Marina Abramovic Institute (MAI) was a proposed project for Hudson, NY. The project fell through after Abramovic backed out due to "ballooning costs" when the project costs suddenly doubled.
Yet, for some reason - Marina Abramovic didn't return the millions of $$$ she received from her donors to the project. Hmmmm…..
