Just recognize the difference between Chemtrails/Contrails…

Prior to my retirement in the USAF, we had to upgrade some vital systems on our aircraft in order to be RVSM (Reduced Vertical Separation Mean) certified. Once certified, aircraft can operate at higher altitudes, the air is smoother, contrails crisper but they fly w/less separation.

Contrails exit the jet at a high pulse frequency, they look continuous and will maintain a specific length from exit of engine to dissipation as the aircraft passes.

Chem-trails are often puffy due to the diaphragmatic pumps utilized for the sprayers. The process was designed to create a plum that would intentionally linger as it dissipates. Typically, chem-trails become even more obvious when the trail abruptly stops as the aircraft circles back then kicks it back on for another pass.

I'm sorry to say, until I retired, I was unaware that people were arguing over the issue.

I can't find the sauce but there was an article w/Trump being shown a "weight and balance system" in a test aircraft… Yeah, that was literally the pumping system used for making chem-trails, not to mention it's flipping patented.

It's like everything, it's not if it exists, it's who is using it, and for what?

I did attempt to video, I was staring into the rising sun so you couldn't make out anything.

I've also since downloaded one of those tracker apps for aircraft to see who the plane belongs to.

I promise, if I ever get video, this is the first/only place I'll post it.

Hmmm, it's plausible that could have some effect, but it's really the hot exhaust gasses entering the freezing atmosphere.

The aircraft I've observed that I claim were pumping chem-trails were exhibiting puffy/fluffy plums. That and like I said, we watched them go back/forth turning the trail off as they made their turn.

I'm an odd person, I spot C-5's circling at high altitudes doing aerial refuels in the middle of the day when others can barely see them. I'm just one of those weirdos that notices "things"…

Yeah, that was exactly when I started laughing out loud to my kids, said "look at that plane, watch it, did you see that, keep watching" After about 15 min my son was like, "so, chem-trails are definitely a thing…"

Again, like I tell everyone, chem-trails aren't in question, it's who/what are they spraying?

Re-read my comment, I made no such statement about the military caring about the contrails?

I was establishing that most people may not be aware that many aircraft are actually flying up higher, in colder air than they were in previous years. I was only aware of this fact because we had to certify RVSM aircraft.

It's a valid point also because some people don't realize there is a difference.

Chem-trails are a real, tangible thing as are contrails, they are not the same thing. That was the point I was trying to convey.

Chem-trails can be used for all sorts of cool applications although, I would defer that they are likely used for nefarious/bad things.
