Encourage the virus to gradually work thru those that can handle it better. And keep them distanced from elderly. Then they will have immunity and pose no danger. And have the antibody tests available soon.

Establish times for the 60+ to shop and dine.

In many parts of the country the hospitals are empty, waiting. We need to get the virus working thru the population in waves so the resources will be better utilized.

Need to keep the at risk protected until treatment is established or the vaccine arrives.

And no penalty if someone wants to stay in quarantine. And of course, those with serious health conditions stay quarantined.
