Was just going through the Q drops again, from the early days.

Remember when "Podesta to be arrested" and it was really the Saudi Arabia crackdown?

Q asked why SA was the source of the big donations – CF, NoName foundation, etc.

I was just remember back to an article I read several years ago, talking about when Nixon took US off the gold standard.

Petrodollar was born. The deal was that US would use military to protect Saudi oil, and in exchange SA would invest its money in US treasuries to keep the US dollar strong.

Also …

CIA somehow made a deal to manage those funds. This has been the primary source of black op funds for several decades.

No accountability by Congress because, technically, it is not US money. Siphon off what you need for whatever you need. Conduct ops outside of US (mostly) and make sure payments are made outside US, and outside of US banking and tax reporting.

Seems like it graduated to not only funneling money, but other "assets" over the years.

Anybody else have any research on this angle?
