"Skins" implies death of animals. Natural causes? Unlikely. Trapped/hunted. More more likely. It was a toofer: Adam got a lesson on how to provide meat. Meat is a better diet than veganism. Later one of Adam's sons, Cain, grows "fruits" and makes an offering of them. God has little respect for it. The other son, Abel, offers meat from his lambs, which God respected. Hmmm.
