CHICO, Calif. - Chico Mayor Randall Stone has been voted out as mayor during an emergency council meeting on March 25.
It was a no-confidence vote of 4-3 from the city council.

Voting to remove Stone from his seat were councilmembers Scott Huber, Sean Morgan, Kasey Reynolds and Ann Schwab.
Following the vote to remove Stone, Councilwoman Ann Schwab was voted in as mayor by her fellow councilmembers.
Stone will continue as a city council member.
