I think Biden is the only one who can hold the black vote. Blacks would have bolted if any one else had gotten the nomination. So they'll wait for his official black woman VP nom before they jettison him from the top of the ticket.
Dems need smooth talkers like Cuomo )and others that will be trotted out there when necessary) to front for Biden when big issues arise. Biden should be out in front leading the attack on Trump's virus plan, but he's too far gone mentally to handle it.
