I have a snowflake friend who said his wife had it. I asked what hospital she was in and he told me that she hadn't been to the doctor and hadn't been tested, but she has all the symptoms so she must have it.
When I asked why she hadn't been to the doctor he said that they were self isolating as they didn't want to infect and endanger old people.
