My credit got shit. I actually made it through hamp program, but i had a 80/20 and 20 told me 10k they would write off rest. I of course didnt have the 10k and they sold my loan. About 6 yrs ago ran i to trouble stopped paying because of it and the interest rate on it so high in 5 yrs it has doubled. The 20% loan will not do anything to help, wont lower rates, nothing.
Feel you on the pain, my adult life has been dot com bust, housing bust, gas prices/cash for clunkers and Hussein build up to kill us.. and saving every damn dime spending it on survival shit cause we all knew this day would come.
42, my gen and one directly below were fucked. This was our time to make money.. save, pay a house off and start a family.
