This is what I think of when POTUS speaks of the power that he's given states. Each state allows what they want in: illegals, H1b, refugees, urbanites, etc.
If someone doesn't want to live persecuted by their neighbors because of their lifestyle? Move to a state that is friendly to that kind of thing.
