Agree 100% DUMBs exist and, while undoubtedly designed to have autonomous systems, those would not be in use all the time. They would also have connections (water, power, comms, transport, air exchange) to above-ground utilities & sites, and only shut those down during an emergency (remember those gigantic blast doors on, say, Cheyenne Mountain and Mt. Weather?). Was DC a hit last night? Time will tell. Sure felt like it, at the time.
What weirds me out the most is when I perceive something very obvious happening via the breads, and 99% of anons are shitposting and don't see it and anon can't get anyone's attention to evaluate it together. Anon doesn't want to be the only one seeing stuff; wants confirmation of other autists working it together. That would take the pressure off a bit.
