Ideas on what to do if a Governor or Mayor has issued an Executive Order barring doctors from prescribing chloroquinine and az for CV.

  1. Contest the validity of the order: "Executive orders can only be given to federal or state agencies, not to citizens, although citizens are indirectly affected by them." https://people.howstuffworks.com/executive-order.htm

  1. If you have tested positive for CV send or ask your physician to send a Request for Emergency Exception from the order to the Governor or Mayor's office stating CQ and Az are the best treatment option in your case. In the same letter ask the Gov or Mayor to indicate the appropriate alternative treatment if the Exception is denied. Followup as often as necessary to get a prompt response.

" At any time, the president may revoke, modify, or make exceptions from any executive order" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Executive_order
