If you have tested positive for CV send or ask your physician to send a Request for Emergency Exception from the order to the Governor or Mayor's office stating CQ and Az are the best treatment option in your case. In the same letter ask the Gov or Mayor to indicate the appropriate alternative treatment if the Exception is denied. Followup as often as necessary to get a prompt response.
