Seems it must be specifically referring to comms that purport to be "from Q", given that we get statements from POTUS and even Hannity, etc., (not to mention from "providence" in the world around us) that give us hints about the status of the Plan. But these hints are always in reaction to a comm from Q. And such "outside comms" don't purport to be from Q. They don't purport to even be on "the Q Team," whatever that might be.
